Our Retail Tiered Points Reward System is designed to reward our loyal customers for their ongoing support. Customers earn points based on their spending, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The program consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each offering increasing rewards as you move up the tiers.

Tier Structure & Earning Points

  1. Bronze Tier

    • Earning Rate: Earn 1 point for every £3 spent.
    • Eligibility: All customers are automatically enrolled in the Bronze tier upon joining the program, with no minimum spend requirement.
  2. Silver Tier

    • Earning Rate: Earn 1 point for every £2 spent.
    • Eligibility: Customers who spend £500 to £999 annually qualify for the Silver tier.
    • Example: A customer spending £500 in the Bronze tier would earn 167 points. In the Silver tier, they would earn 250 points for the same spending.
  3. Gold Tier

    • Earning Rate: Earn 1 point for every £1 spent.
    • Eligibility: Customers who spend £1,000 or more annually qualify for the Gold tier.
    • Example: A customer spending £1,000 in the Bronze tier would earn 333 points. In the Gold tier, they would earn 1,000 points, which can be redeemed for £50 in rewards.

Bonus Points

  1. Friend Referral Program:

    • Refer a friend using your unique referral link available in the "My Points" area of your account.
    • You will earn 50 points for every successful referral, once your referred friend completes their first purchase.
    • There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer, so you can keep earning points with each successful referral.
  2. Birthday Bonus:

    • Share your birthday with us to receive a bonus 100 points as a special birthday gift.
    • You will receive these points automatically on your birthday if your birthday is registered in your account before the date.

Points Redemption

  1. Redemption Threshold: Points are redeemable once a customer has accumulated enough points equivalent to £5.

    • 1 point = £0.05.
    • To redeem £5 in rewards, customers need 100 points.
  2. Redemption Limit: Points can be used to cover up to 50% of the total order amount. The remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

  3. Non-Cash Redemption: Points can be redeemed during checkout for discounts on future purchases, but they hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Program Terms

  1. Program Duration: The points reward system is ongoing, but we reserve the right to withdraw or modify the program at any time.

  3. Withdrawal of Program: We reserve the right to discontinue the loyalty program at our discretion. In such cases, all accumulated points will be rendered null and void, and no compensation will be provided for unclaimed or expired points.

  4. No Cash Payments: Points hold no cash value, and no payments will be made for unclaimed or expired points.
