DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery Policy

It is our aim to offer a flexible and cost-effective range of delivery options to our customers. Whilst we do our utmost to stick to the below shipping and delivery schedules please note that at busy times there may be a delay of up to 72hrs on processing orders.

Nationwide Courier Delivery (mainland UK Only)

This includes but is not limited to Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL, orders for in stock items only will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days via the courier method you have chosen. Orders for made to order items will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery options include the following:

Standard Courier Delivery: 3-5 days from dispatch date, from £2.99

Next Day Courier Delivery: 1-2 days from dispatch date, from £3.99

All delivery costs are calculated based on volumetric weight and size of the parcel. We have tried to keep the pricing simple whilst also offering you enough choice to meet your needs. We will also endeavour to send your parcels in the most appropriate packaging for your order.

Please ensure that you choose the correct shipping costs to ensure that your order is processed in a timely manner, failure to choose the correct shipping will result in unnecessary delays.

Once a parcel is dropped off with the carrier unfortunately it is then out of our control and therefore delays in delivery and other issues such as damaged packaging etc. is not our responsibility and though we will of course try to help as much as we can it is best to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Packaging (re-use and recycle)

In a bid to be more sustainable, we re-purpose and re-use packaging and boxes that our stock is delivered in. So long as it is still in good condition and up to the task all orders will be packaged in re-used boxes. Any bubble wrap, starch peanuts or filling paper is also kept to re-use for orders.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We cannot accept returns for any perishable items, including frozen items, however, should any items be received in a faulty condition you shall be entitled to a refund.

To claim a refund for faulty items you must contact us via email on the day the goods are received along with photographic evidence of the faulty item and any associated packaging faults or issues at the same time. We will then review your claim and contact you to arrange next steps.
